It's rare to find a designer who balances both analytical and creative thinking, and Sebastien is one of the few I've met. I had the opportunity to work with Sebastien on multiple projects and he has demonstrated his abilities to uncover and choreograph the human interactions for products and services across various channels and platforms, benefiting both the products and services and the people who use it. Sebastien will often empathise and question "Why?" to inform his designs and he is also a great communicator and shares his knowledge, ideas, and designs to clients who are not UX-trained.
